Best produce in town! There is a large selection of good quality produce. The bakery always has fresh and delicious baked goods. The deli has the best cheese selection in town. The prices are bit more than the other grocery stores in town, but you are paying for quality.

Good quality food for a higher price( slight downside) great assistance, friendly and informative staff and the steam cleaner rental is nice and at a low cost. Great place to get items you don't normally find at the local box stores. They offer samples which helps you try new things as well.
Sobeys has tons of vegan friendly products. The produce is the best place in town. Always fresh and in wonderful condition. The owner was incredibly helpful with helping me find ingrediants i needed for a new vegan dish I wanted to make. Love shopping here!
Staff are helpful and polite and will be able to help you find what you need. The store has great prices and is full of deals, they however don't have a live seafood area, probably being in a small city they don't carry this kind of stuff. They have plenty of checkouts open, and lines are very short.
