My first time getting my nails done at this location! The young lady with the rose tattoo on her shoulder did an amazing job! Took her time and made sure the nails were straight and proper! I am definitely happy with my nails! Going to come back for a fill from her! Costed me $68 and worth it! I got coffin acrylic nails with fade coloured tip. Took an hour and 10 mins. Worth the wait. Tv show was good to watch! Chatty too. 10/10 I'll be back
The technician took his time to shape my nails properly and helped me pick a nice polish for them he was very professional and the salon had a nice atmosphere !
First time here, only 2 customers present. My experience was beyond terrible. Liam, the manager, started out politely asking me what I would like. A manicure, light polish and a sparkle finish on tips, cost- that is all I asked. Part way through manicure, he asked my name- I provided it, he wrote it down. He then changed attitude, openly criticized my color choice, making me uncomfortable. He became agitated when I asked him to please shape my thumb nails evenly and smoothen sharp edges after washing my hands. He said my nail was shaped crooked and could not be cut. I said that my nail was not damaged in anyway and just cut a little uneven. He became angry, I said politely " you need to be nicer"; that comment threw him over the edge. He literally started yelling and banned me from his store. I offered to pay for what he had done thus far just to be polite, he refused to accept my offer and yelled even louder. I believe he had no justifiable reason for causing this scene and acting this rude to me. I walked away and refused to give this ass the satisfaction of a negative counterproductive reaction. I am certain he recognized my last name to another person and connected it with a bad review based on that customer's bad experience. I will never recommend anyone to this place ! No one should ever be subjected to that kind of abusive behavior.
Terrible service, the lady was trying to rush me the whole time I was there and was pushing me to get the more expensive manicure. The prices do not end up costing the amount stated in their brochure so be wary of that. The salon is also beyond unsanitary. When I sat down, the desk was full of dust from a previous customer and I had to ask to wipe it down. Wouldn't go back.
My daughter and her friend went there to get their nails done. They said it will be 25+tx. Once done it was 46+tx!!! Basically they do stuff that they did'nt ask for it and they charge. They took advantage of young girls(13yo). My daughter called me to bring more money to pay for they hidden fees....I told them how bad and evil they were with an unhappy and furious tone. They argued that she should know and ask...NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. you (reader) should do the same.
