First time I called about my vehicle they said takes 4 nights for parts to get. Called a week later was told still need to order parts due to holidays. Next week had to call repeatedly to get a answer was told 7 days tell the parts come in,called 6 days after was told it wont be done for another week. 4 days turned into a month they cant commit to what they promise
Had work done on the truck, was told 4 days, 10 days and still nothing. I had to phone for an update, no one called to say "hey we are swamped, or running behind or need parts, whatever" an update would have been nice. Disappointed about that. but I have dealt with them in the past. Other then this occasion, they have been and are very professional, do great work and I would suggest thinking of them before anyone else. I will take my vehicles to them in the future if I require their services. This communication issue I had I'm sure is chalked up to being busy, but would have been nice to know one way or the other.
