One star for actually providing insurance. Lots of places do that though. Another star for existing, good job. Terrible customer service. Calls to office either go to voicemail, or, if they do get answered then the agent is busy or in a meeting. Call backs are slow or non-existent.This isn't a one time thing. This has been going on for years for us. Only thing that has thus far prevented us from changing, is my wife's loyalty to cold lake businesses. Soon to change.
