Excellent customer service, and knowledgeable staff! Ted was very helpful, and prompt. I called and he was at my door within 10 minutes, and had the furnace working for us just as fast! Will definitely use their service qgain in the future!
Quick service, quick answer an to be open to refund me after I paid my bill. This is why I give 2 starts.The 3 others stars are missing because the billing is really not reflecting the work and parts are over price comparing to rental price even here in Cold Lake.

Day late even tried to say they were not late. If i could give a zero star rating i would. Family of four woken up at eight with no announcement of their presence or starting of the job. Also got run over by their van because their back windows are non existant and they dont use spotters even with two guys in the van
