My experience with my latest purchase was good overall. Started rough with a sales person calling me on Wednesday for a Friday appointment but failed to be anywhere near. He took a job in Bonneville but neglected to give my info to another sales rep or call me that he wasn't going to make it. I dealt with Cameron again. No issues with him. I bought my Journey through him in 2015. Love that vehicle. This time was to update the family vehicle to a truck rather than SUV. Cameron found me a truck that I like with the options that I wanted. He was very busy and they were short staffed as it was Easter weekend. Although busy, I was still treated like I was the only one there. That's 2 new vehicles I've gotten from Cameron at Cold Lake Chrysler. Perhaps a third will be in the future.
