I am very grateful for the team at Lake City. I was driving the company truck which started having issues with the on-board computer turning off the traction control. Since I needed to take the long trek back to Edmonton that evening, it was a little worrisome. This was all happening in late afternoon. There were no technicians available by the time I pulled up just before 5pm. The staff was wonderful and found someone to hook up the scanner to see what was going on. They ran the diagnostics twice to be sure and cleared an error from the first scan. Thankfully no real problem to fix!I appreciate the person that stayed late to make sure everything was A-okay! Thank you Lake City team for helping out this damsel in distress!

This location is new and well equipped. They have a nice little area for customers to lounge while waiting and grab a coffee or let the little ones play in the toy area. They customer service is great.
I wouldn't buy a car here. They weren't transparent about costs. Felt badly for sales guy. He was really nice. More car for less money in Edmonton and they delivered it to Cold Lake.
