Very comfortable beds,room was very clean,big bathroom,would definitely stay here again! Make sure to check out the casino next door,good service and the waitress was very nice
I urge people not to stay here. The staff is unwelcoming and unhelpful. First room left me itchy and when asked to switch rooms I was placed into a handicap accessible room while the place is hardly occupied. Possibly due to it being the least used.. yet I still find the carpet stained with unknown substances. The building is down to one slow elevator (which seems like months based on other reviews) for its four floors, with its industrial Ecolab air freshener makes it smell like a urinal. Third night, bathroom wasnt replenished with soap/shampoo. Shower pressure is poor. The restaurant was not satisfying with excess amounts of salt on its proteins/starches and overdressed salads. When attempting to go down around 8:45, its a 50/50 chance they will choose to close an hour early based on how dead they are. However the worst part was their dirty glasses that had particulates floating about. Has happened on two separate occasions. Shameful. I regret not staying in town thinking this newer secluded hotel would somehow be better. After the restaurant experience you are forced to eat in town 10-15 minutes away.
The nicest place Ive ever stayed! Very clean everywhere! My wife and I loved the location, out of town a couple minutes but in a super quiet location. The restaurant was priced fair, food and service was great. Room is very comfortable and modern ( the tv even welcomed me to my room). The room cooling and heating was very quiet and only ran occasionally making it very easy to sleep. Highly will recommend to anyone or any group. Great staff, facility and location!
The room was great.... but house keeping barely gave us new towels when we asked for them. Front desk was security for the night, he ran up and down the hallways watching people... (although they had 3-4 security guards on site who just sat there... ) I left the room for 2 minutes while I went down stairs to get more towels! Instead of dealing with what guests needed I guess it was more important to point out my 12 year old shouldnt be left alone for 2 minutes... and threatened to call somebody about it. (Laugh out loud) then... upon checkout.. guest services made an error. It was very nice of them to contact us 3 days after we checked out to tell us they made a mistake. We never did receive our deposit. So... they say they corrected or mistake. Its been a while now and when I try to call the hotel it doesnt go as far as guest services. Ive worked in customer service for years, the system phrase doesnt work with me. I have yet to receive a call back from accounting... left messages called several times... I tried to speak with management they refuse to transfer me. I dont know what the deal is.. I guess I kindly donated to the hotel and treated badly. I thought it was a great idea to support a First Nation establishment but the overall treatment and stay was awful. We wont be coming back... We are out money and will never get it back because their system says so. Management needs to control their circus. Very disappointing.
Nice and cozy lobby that has pool tables you can use while waiting for your frappe to be done (Starbucks) what else can you ask for
