Friendly staff. Food was hot and delivered as ordered. Portion sizes are very decent. Best milkshakes, hands down.
Excellent fish and chips. I am from the east coast and found the haddock to be just like a taste of home. Thank you for having haddock on the menu, it is not easy to find out here. The Caesar salad I had with my meal was delicious as well as the hot wings we had for appetizers. The service was excellent. We will be back for sure.
We visited Clark's twice while at Cold Lake. Ordered the dry ribs and fish and chips to share and second time we ordered the dry ribs and the clubhouse sandwich to share. Portion size was fine for all items although I would like more dry ribs as they are very tasty. Two ladies ordered a banana split at the next table and it was massive, a meal on it's own. This place can get busy and it's not a large dining area so there can be lineups. Overall, good food and not too pricey.
Wow step back in time... very cool little restaraunt and great tasting comfort food!! The milkshake was delicious also waitress was super friendly hope to be back soon
Apparently everyone has heard of this place! It came highly recommended as one to visit if you are ever in Cold Lake. The view must be gorgeous in the spring and summer as it overlooks the lake. When you first walk in, it is decorated as a general store in the main restaurant area. There is plenty of seating and plenty to look at to entertain yourself if you are a solo diner. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The menu is extensive. They have the typical late breakfast, hotdogs, burgers and sandwiches. A decent selection of entrees and seafood as well. If you call ahead, you can catch your fish on the lake and have Clark's cook it up for you!I just had a simple BLT on my visit but it was a tasty meal.I will be back next time I am in for a visit!
