My husband and I were camping near Cold Lake. While driving around town we found this cafe where we had an amazing lunch. The next day we decided to return with my family. We were a group of seven. When we arrived they said any groups above 4 need to make a reservation because they cannot accommodate anything larger at random times. Unfortunately we were camping and didnt have cell service so how do we make a reservation. Also, there is nowhere on their Facebook page to suggest large groups make one. We asked if we could sit on the patio, they said it might rain and that if we get rained on there isnt a back up option inside. At that point we decided to leave. I was quite disappointed as it didnt rain and became sunny shortly after. I do not recommend this restaurant for large groups or groups with children. I most likely will not recommend in the future based on their customer service.

Good but not Great. The food is OK/Good. I have been here about 4 times just to try the variety of menu and what I have found each time and my husband agrees with me is that the food is Good/OK but not close to excellent. Each time something just seems off. ie: beef wellington, nice pastry but very overcooked meat. Shrimp tasty but just overcooked. Things like that. The ambience is very nice for a close to formal dinner for the area. The menu varies frequently which is nice. The wait staff is good. It is always just one step short of Very good to excellent.It is a nice place for something a bit more ambiance related.
very good food. quiet atmosphere. servixe amazing. very pricey but so worth it. will definetly go back. Was a great place to celebtate our anniversary.
Incredible full flavored dishes. Food was hot throughout the meal we sat on the patio and our food never got cold even though it was a little breezy out. This said a lot to me that the chef took into account that our food would cool much faster. Highly recommend. Great service.
